Description: Part-time, hourly position with goal achievement bonus. Supports the Sales & Marketing functions with a variety of admin, sales, CRM, and communications responsibilities. Is the first touchpoint in many cases for new clients, so an outgoing, fun and engaging personality is required to truly represent the core values of Frost Media Group.
Essential Job Duties:
- CRM management within Hatchbuck. Includes keeping contacts up to date.
- Executing sales/marketing campaigns includes note writing, direct mail prep, phone calls and emails.
- Prepare and deliver client proposals, track via Hatchbuck.
- Regular social media posts as assigned.
- Report weekly numbers as they pertain to role in our Scorecard.
